We deliver locally from the Midwood area near Ocean Parkway & Avenue K, serving nearby Brooklyn neighborhoods.

Free Delivery
Free delivery within 3 miles.

Delivery 3–5 Miles
A small fee applies. Delivery rates range from $3 to $7, depending on distance.

Delivery Scheduling
After ordering, we will contact you by text or email to confirm your delivery window.
Most deliveries take place within 24 hours.

Delivery Requirements

Someone must be available to receive the order.
If no one is home, a redelivery fee may apply.
Once delivered, the customer is responsible for refrigerating or freezing the product immediately.

Delivery Limitations
We do not ship outside our local delivery zone.
Delivery beyond 5 miles is available only by prearrangement.

Pickup Location
Pickup is available near Ocean Parkway & Avenue K, Brooklyn, NY.
The exact pickup spot will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Pickup Hours
Pickup is available by appointment.
We will text or email you to schedule a specific pickup time.

How Pickup Works

Place your order on our website.
You’ll receive a confirmation message.
We’ll contact you to set a pickup time.
Once you arrive, text us and we’ll bring your order out.

Important Notes

Please arrive on time so your order stays fresh.
If you need to change your pickup time, contact us at least 1 hour before.
Fresh sofrito must be refrigerated immediately after pickup.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our sofrito is a fresh, perishable food product, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read the full policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Opened products
Unwanted items
Improper storage by the customer
Mistakes made by the customer during ordering

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A photo of the issue
A brief explanation

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement product, or
A store credit

Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

3. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery or pickup:

No refunds will be issued
